We are delighted to welcome you for a magical and transformative day at our “TransformAction” event. This will be a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in revitalizing and personal development practices, including Yoga, Breathwork sessions, a Cocoa ceremony, a Neuro-Activ Coaching workshop, as well as Ice Bath and Sauna experiences. .
The event will take place in the wonderful Omeya space, a few minutes from the village of Val-David. An idyllic setting that will promote your well-being and development.
