Join us on Saturday, July 1 at Berge au Quatre Vents, in Laval, for our big plunge into the cold as a community! Ice bath style! Bring warm clothes, a yoga mat, a towel, a swimsuit and your energy! Departure will be at 1:00 p.m. with Tina who will guide us in the breathing work followed by a warm-up!
We will have ice baths open and ready for you. We ask for a $15 contribution and don't hesitate to bring ice cream with you!
